NightWatch® developed its proprietary blend and roasting method over 25 years ago. Captain John was determined to create a coffee that gave him a better and long lasting "natural" caffeine buzz but not compromise taste. The solution to make high caffeine coffee that tastes great was to not use the artificial caffeine powder additive that made most high caffeine coffees taste bad and find the right beans and roasting method to give him the the caffeine buzz effects while not compromising on taste. NightWatch® developed a blend of robusta beans, which are naturally higher in caffeine, with sweeter tasting arabica beans. Today we have 3 different blends that will give you a smooth great tasting cup of coffee and along with an all-natural jolt of caffeine.
